Tbh, never thought I’d say this about a property management place.. but yeah, 5/5 for sure. I got into the house and it has had a few issues (normal issues) and they literally always investigate and fix the issue within 24 hours usually. I feel I’m a good tenant, I take care of the place and def pay my rent on time always.. but they have been very fair, they haven’t harassed me at all about anything the last year, and they get things fixed or even updated as soon as I told them about any issue at all. Very solid place to rent from!
Our team at Columbia Property Maintenance has been providing Maintenace work for Assets and investments for the past 15 years. They are easily one of the most organized and professional property management teams we work with. Work orders are always clearly detailed, communication with Nicky is seamless, and they respect our schedules. Best of all, they value quality work and handle vendor invoices.
Just an amazing experience with these ppl as my wife and I were in a hurry to move into a new home as we are expecting a child and these ppl did everything in their power and then some to make sure everything went smoothly and quickly for us and we couldnt be happier with our new home and we know our child will love this place too Ps. Great staff and very personable if you have a problem they are very quick to fix it I have had no issues with delayed response on any kind of repair and it has been a breath of fresh air after the last management. I can't say how much I appreciate it thank you assets and investments and for your quick response time and amazing maintenance workers!
