These beautiful apartments include a washer and dryer, a gourmet kitchen with slow-closing cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. These units also come prewired for high-speed internet.
Pets are allowed under 40 lbs .
Tenants are responsible for Idaho Power and the Internet. W/S/T is a flat rate of $50.00. NO SMOKING. A one-time admin fee of $100 is due at key pickup. One small pet is allowed with a deposit of $400 and a non-refundable pet fee of $125, totaling $525. The security deposit is $1,500.
