You stay in control
Owners approve any work order over 350 dollars before we spend a dime, and tenant caused damage is billed back to the tenant rather than absorbed by you.
What a Month With AIM Looks Like
Rent comes in through the resident portal on the first. Your income is distributed by the 10th, direct deposit if you prefer, and if any rent is unpaid you are notified by the 10th with a plan already in motion, including prompt 3 day notices when needed.
Maintenance requests come in online around the clock, get evaluated for tenant versus wear and tear responsibility, and are handled by licensed, bonded and insured contractors, most of them owner run local businesses that price work competitively because they want our continued volume. You can watch all of it from your 24/7 owner portal: owner statements, rent roll, profit and loss, market rent analysis, and scanned vendor bills for every work order.

Every AIM managed home gets regular drive by inspections, plus detailed move out and annual inspections with pictures and a written report.
